CE Records Appoints Jeffrey White as Chief Financial Officer

Experienced capital markets executive joins leading Canadian continuing education technology company
as it prepares for its next stage of growth.

TORONTO, OntarioSeptember 9, 2026 – CE Records Inc., a leading Canadian provider of technology for managing, tracking and strategically leveraging continuing education, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey White as Chief Financial Officer.
The appointment comes as CE Records continues to build its presence in Canada’s professional services sector.

CE Records was created to address a growing challenge facing regulated professionals and their employers. Continuing education requirements have become increasingly complex, while the systems used to track completion, maintain credentials and demonstrate compliance are fragmented, manual and reactive. CE Records provides professionals and organizations with a centralized platform to manage those requirements while giving firms greater visibility into continuing education activity across their workforce. The platform is designed to help firms make more intentional, data-driven decisions about professional development, including aligning investments in continuing education with organizational priorities and performance.

Mr. White brings more than two decades of experience in Canadian capital markets, corporate finance, M&A, and executive leadership. He is Founder and CEO of Hinge Markets Inc., an advisory firm providing companies with strategic advice relating to capital markets, capital structure, corporate finance, organizational strategy and business development. He earned an MBA from the Ivey Business School, and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia.
Jeffrey is also a Corporate Finance instructor at Huron University College at Western University, providing an additional connection to CE Records’ focus on professional learning, skills development and the effective allocation of resources to education.

“I am very excited to join CE Records at this stage of its development,” said Mr. White. “At its core, CE Records solves a genuine and increasingly important compliance problem. Professionals across regulated industries are required to complete continuing education, yet tracking that activity remains surprisingly fragmented and administratively cumbersome for both individuals and their employers.

“I am particularly interested in the opportunity beyond compliance. Companies invest significant amounts of money and equally important, employee time in professional development, yet many have remarkably little visibility into whether those investments are building the skills, certifications and capabilities most important to their business. CE Records can make that information measurable and actionable.”

As CFO, Jeffrey will work closely with Founder and CEO Colin Henry and the CE Records leadership team on the Company’s financial and corporate strategy as it continues to commercialize and scale its platform.

“Jeff brings a combination of experience that is particularly valuable to CE Records at this point in our development,” said Colin Henry, Founder and CEO of CE Records. “He understands capital markets and corporate finance, but equally important, he has operated businesses, advised emerging companies and recognizes what is required to build the financial and governance disciplines that support sustainable growth. As we continue to expand the commercialization of CE Records and develop the broader opportunity for our platform, Jeff will be an important addition to our leadership team.”
